A clipboard for your Mac

Move your pointer to slide the glass copy over the original
The tray
The glass clings to the card nearest your pointer. Move sideways and it stretches, crosses the gap and flows onto the next card. Stop, and it springs back and fades to a thin rim, so you can read. Press a card and it gives under your finger.

A demo rebuilt for the web, not the app itself. On macOS 26 the app uses the system’s Liquid Glass.
At the pointer
Press ⌥⌘V and your six most recent items open right beside the pointer, so your eyes never leave what you are doing. Type to search, press Return to paste, and it folds back into the pointer.

The tray and the pointer popover feel right now. Next: the purchase.
Design principle:
Click a row to paste it

Smart search · Pro
Type “yesterday WeChat image invoice”: the time, the app and the type turn into filters by themselves, and the rest searches the content. The words inside screenshots, and the text of the Word, Excel and PDF files you copied, are read on your Mac and can be found too.
Text in the picture: Invoice
Recognition and reading happen on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded.
Library and Canvas · Pro
Spaces sort your clips: drag a card onto a tab and it is in. In the library a Space can become a canvas, where you place and size cards as you like. When it gets messy, Tidy Up puts them in order by time, category or source, and you can undo it.

Private Space · Pro
API keys, card numbers, the passwords you keep needing: they used to sit in your clipboard history. The Private Space stores them encrypted and unlocks with Touch ID. They stay out of search and out of backups, and what you paste is cleared from the clipboard after about a minute.
It is not a password manager: there is no autofill, sync or password generation. For website logins, the system’s Passwords app is still the better tool.
Locked · 3 items
What is inside is stored encrypted on this Mac. Unlock to view and paste it.

After 1, 5 or 15 minutes without use, and at once when the screen locks, the Mac sleeps or SSPaste quits.
